The 1st day is a vital part of the camp, and we understand the anticipation and excitement that accompany this special moment. With that in mind, we have taken great care to create a supportive process that sets a stress free tone right from the start. Please take a moment to review the visual breakdown below to ensure you are fully up to speed on your arrival on Sunday August 18th for camper check in beginning at 1:00 pm and family return for pick up beginning at 1:30 pm on Thursday August 22nd! Plan to stop or bring a lunch during your travels, so that you have eaten before your arrival to camp. Campers will be getting right into play after completing the check in process.
SUNDAY CAMP ARRIVAL | August 18th @ 1:00 PM
Remember to make sure campers eat prior to arrival. Upon arrival drive directly under the sign, straight down the main entry, follow signage to the designated parking area and walk towards the lake with all of your luggage items for the week. At the lakefront you will see our mainland check in tables so you may begin the process.

Families who wish to select the Snack Shack option for their camper will complete payment using cash or check.
NURSE CHECK IN & MED DROP OFF STEP 2
Families, please be prepared to provide your camper's packaged and labeled medication, as well as any applicable care notes to review with our Registered Nurse. If you have specified that your camper has a special dietary needs please indicate again for confirmation in nursing records and bring the items for storage after cabin set up.

Pick up your Pinnie / Signature Shirt / Pre-Ordered Gear
Bring cash or check to purchase your pre-ordered gear items, all pre-orders are final.
An additional limited inventory of gear items will also be available for purchase.
WINNI LAX CRUISER TO ISLAND STEP 4
Families & Campers gather your luggage items and wait at the dock to take the boat together over to the island.
CABIN ASSIGNMENT LISTS STEP 5
Campers & Families check the assignment board. Head to your cabin, meet your counselors, and get set up together. Once you are settled in get ready to play & take a cabin photo.
ISLAND MESS HALL STEP 6
Once your cabin is set up and you are ready to play, grab your stick, mouthguard, goggles, and water bottle and head over to the Mess Hall with your family to fill up your water bottle and snap a family photo by the lake.
Gluten Free & Specialty Diet STEP 6
If your camper has a specifed need and you have confirmed that you will be bringing special dietary items to camp, as options to eat beyond our gluten free menu options, please confirm with us via email so that we may plan to help store your cooler / items in the Island Mess Hall Refridgerator after cabin set up.
FIRE CIRCLE STEP 7
Complete the check in process by meeting the Director and saying camper ~ family goodbyes for the week.
WINNI LAX CRUISER TO MAINLAND STEP 8
Families will take the cruiser back to their cars on the mainland to depart camp until Thursday.
THURSDAY PICK UP | August 22nd @ 1:30 PM
Families plan your travel to arrive back at camp beginning at 1:30-1:45 pm. Park in the same lot as first day.
Meet at the mainland Baseball Field, if raining go to the mainland Playhouse. The End of Camp | Send Off Ceremony begins @ 2:OO pm, immediately following campers will be dismissed to their families and any additional medications will be returned directly to guardians by the camp nurse. Luggage will be organized, labeled & ready on the basketball court for loading and departure, marking the conclusion of an incredible week of Winnipesaukee Lacrossse Camp 2024.
