Daily Schedule

Each day at camp begins with stepping out of your cabin to take in the breathtaking island side views that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer.  After a nutritious breakfast with your cabin mates and camp staff, you will head to the field for training with coaches who have a lifelong love of lacrosse. Once the girls have gotten plenty of reps at their morning stations, they will head to the waterfront for free time. This is where the magic of summer camp comes to life! The girls can swim, hangout with friends, play spike ball, can jam, baggo, ping pong, whatever they choose for fun! Then after an hour or so we will head to the picturesque dining hall for lunch. By this point, everyone needs a to chill so it’s off the cabins for an little bit of rest and relaxation. With everyone recharged its back to the fields for team training where they will work with one coach and their sixes teammates on position specific skills such as clearing, riding, finishing and set plays. After two hours of bonding and playing as a team, it's onto free time and waterfront fun while the island chefs cooks up our delicious dinner! We all eat dinner together as a camp back in the dining hall while taking in the history & making our own memories to last a lifetime! After a quick re-group in the cabins it’s back out to the fields to compete in Sixes! Girls will compete with the same team each night in our Sixes Tournaments (Collegiate Non-Checking & International-Modified Checking). After a fun evening of playing for the Winni Lax Camp Title it is back to the bunks for showers and comfy clothes to get ready for the evening activity. From the scavenger hunt, movie night, campfire karaoke, crafts etc! After a day you never want to end, campers and staff return to their cabins for lights out at 10!
