Privacy Policy, Terms & Camp Participation Agreement
Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC Effective Date: October 17, 2025
1. Privacy Commitment
Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC (also referred to as “Winni Lax Camp” or “Winnipesaukee Girls Lacrosse”) is fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of our campers, their families, and all users of our website and registration forms.
We collect and store only the information necessary to safely and effectively operate our programs, including registration details, emergency medical information, and payment data. We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties outside of Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC or WINNICAMPS LLC, except as expressly outlined in this policy (such as for authorized partnerships or required emergency communications).
All information is stored securely, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and data is used solely for administrative, safety, medical, and program-related purposes.
2. Information Collection & Use

Camper and parent/guardian names, contact information, and age
Medical history, allergies, and emergency contacts
Insurance details for excess-based medical coverage
Payment information for camp registration

3. Medical & Accident Coverage
Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC provides limited medical coverage for campers during official camp activities, including on-premises programming and supervised waterfront use.
Important Notice:
Coverage is provided on an excess basis. If the participant has other valid medical insurance, that insurance is primary.
Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC will cover eligible expenses in excess of what the primary insurer provides.
If the participant has no insurance, camp coverage will serve as primary.
This coverage does not apply to illnesses or conditions unrelated to camp activities.
4. Camper Safety, Staff Training & Insurance
Our operational policies and procedures prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants.
All Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC contracted staff and volunteers undergo thorough vetting, including background checks, letters of reference, or other verification through their respective organizations or approved contracted agencies/services.
Staff receive comprehensive training in emergency response, camper supervision, and strict health and safety standards.
Training and operational procedures are reviewed and updated regularly, including waterfront and inclement weather safety, in alignment with applicable state and local youth camp guidelines and under the guidance and umbrella of Lakeside Retreats LLC | Camp Winaukee.
Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC maintains full insurance coverage for all camp operations, including liability and accident protection, in accordance with applicable state and local requirements.
5. Terms of Use
By accessing our website, communicating with the Camp, or submitting registration materials, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to the payment, refund, and liability terms outlined in your registration documentation and within this Terms of Service. All website content, written materials, program names, logos, imagery, and brand identity elements associated with the Camp are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.
All brand names, trademarks, program identities, logo designs, and related intellectual property used in connection with this girls’ lacrosse camp program are part of a proprietary brand family and are the exclusive property of their owner. The girls’ lacrosse camp operates under a limited-use trademark license that permits the use of these brand assets solely for the promotion and operation of this specific camp program. All use of these brand assets must comply with the terms of that license, including quality standards, territory, and usage guidelines. Any use of these brand assets outside the scope of this camp program — including for merchandise production, partnerships, or marketing — requires prior written consent.
6. Changes & Updates
Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page or communicated directly to registered families.

📝 Registration Terms & Camper Participation Waiver
Families registering for Winnipesaukee Lacrosse Camp LLC (also referred to as Winni Lax Camp and Winnipesaukee Girls Lacrosse Camp) are required to review and accept the full Policies & Procedures Release & Waiver, which includes important information regarding:
Safety protocols
Equipment and gear requirements
Camper behavior expectations
Cancellation and refund policies
Liability release and consent terms
As part of the camper registration and tuition payment process, you will be prompted to acknowledge your understanding of this agreement while securing your camp session reservation and enrollment confirmation.
